• Estimate and deposit: Upon design and specification confirmation, we will provide a quote. A deposit secures your commission in our workshop schedule.
• Production timeline: Artisanal hand-crafting requires approximately 30 to 45 working days (gemstone sourcing, if required, is calculated separately).
• Collection: Once complete and passed rigorous quality review, we will notify you. You may visit our studio to collect and remit final payment, or arrange secure courier delivery upon completing payment online.
